Shipping & Returns
Due to the handmade process of ceramics please allow for a maximum of 3 weeks for the finishing of your unique piece(s) before shipping. (Contact Daniela directly to discuss shipping of larger orders.)
Once your online order has been placed you will receive an automated confirmation of your purchase to the email provided.
You will receive a subsequent email from Daniela directly within a day or 2 of placing your order informing if there will be any estimated time delay for completion (of up to 3 weeks) of your item(s) prior to shipping.
A final email will be sent including tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We want you to love your purchase. If for some reason you don't, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Damages and/or return requests must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Original packaging and tags must be in tact to qualify for a refund or exchange. Carefully pack your fragile items to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
1. Email email@example.com to request return of items.
2. Safely pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.

Once your item(s) has been received without damage or usage, and in original packaging refund will be issued and email confirmation sent.
